Meet Mel

Just a lil intro to me: I am a Licensed Social Worker in NJ, a Certified Professional Coach, and therapy participant. My pronouns, she/they and I go by either Mel or Melissa. I have had many jobs, but currently supervise a creative arts therapy program for kids who have experienced domestic violence. I offer life coaching services, and specialize in mental health coaching and identity work. I almost always am reading and have a book recommendation for almost any feeling or situation.
